Forbidden Conduct
Except as otherwise expressly permitted by written agreement, neither you or any party acting on your behalf may do or attempt to do the following:
Gain unauthorized access to or disrupt the performance, security, or integrity of our Services or the data contained therein;
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Services or to breach the security or authentication processes;
Tamper, bypass, delete, or disable any copy protection or security mechanisms of our Services;
Modify, alter, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of our Services;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive, or determine the source code or the underlying ideas, algorithms, structure or organization of our Services;
Lease, sublicense, rent, loan, distribute, or transfer our Services to any third-party;
Use or demonstrate our Services in any manner for the purpose of developing or marketing a competing product or service; or
Remove or obscure any proprietary rights notices from our Services.
The following terms apply to all users of our Services, regardless of account type or intended use. You shall not use our Services to create, display, market, publish, send, or sell (as applicable) the following:

There are certain industries that, despite being legal, are known for high abuse complaints from the public. To maintain the integrity and reliability of our platform’s reputation, we reserve the right to suspend the use of our Services by any individual or organization that markets, sends, or sells products or services in the following industries:
Gambling;
Multi-level marketing;
Data or list brokers and list rental;
Pharmaceuticals;
Unlicensed alcohol and products containing cannabidiol (or CBD);
Unregulated health and medical treatments;
Hookup services and mail-order brides;
Adult entertainment or sexually explicit content;
Payday loans and debt collection agencies;
High-risk financial services, including payday loans, debt collection and forgiveness, credit repair, and debt relief offerings;
Cryptocurrencies and non-fungible tokens;
Firearms, ammunition, and explosives;
Products or services that facilitate or promote hate speech, harassment, or violence; or
Online trading, investment trading opportunities, or stock market related content.
You shall not, in connection with our Services, absent permission from us:
Send marketing emails without a functional unsubscribe link;
Use deceptive names, email addresses, subject lines, or other false identifiers;
Upload sensitive personal data—such as Social Security numbers, passwords, login details, or any other personal information protected by law—into your account, contact lists, emails, or anywhere else on our system;
Host content or images on our system or use Custom Integrations for any purpose other than for your use of our Service;
Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of our Services;
Use our Services in a manner that damages, disables, overburdens, impairs, or gains unauthorized access to the Services;
Upload, import, or send to any purchased, rented, scraped, or partner-provided contact lists;
Use our Services to develop a product or service in competition with us;
Use text, images, graphics, or other materials in violation of another individual or organization’s intellectual property rights;
Set up multiple accounts for any individual or organization in order to send substantially similar content unless you are part of a franchise;
Use our Services by an individual for their own private, non-commercial purposes, unrelated to any business, organization, or professional activity;
Offer or sell counterfeit products; or
Violates any laws or third-party legal or contractual rights.
We encourage users and recipients of content sent through the Services to report suspected violations of this Use Policy to us by forwarding the relevant communication to abuse@sallyjollc.com. We will review reports and take action at our discretion based on information available. We may, in our sole discretion, also report your activity to the applicable legal authorities or third parties for abuse or fraud prevention.
