This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and incorporates all defined terms therein.

Sally Jo provides an assortment of digital marketing tools, including but not limited to email, SMS messages, MMS messages, customer relationship management (“CRM”), form and website page building tools, and customized marketing services to businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations. Our platform helps business clients communicate with their customers across multiple digital channels and better understand how those customers respond to our clients’ content.

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Sally Jo and its related entities collect, use, share, disclose, and process information from website visitors, current clients, and prospective clients (“clients” or “you”) regarding our Services. Sally Jo understands that our client data — including email addresses, messages, and campaign activity — belongs to the client. In the event of a business transaction or sale, your personal information will be transferred to the new owner.

Your Rights and Options

As a client, you are allowed to update or delete your account information at any time by logging into your account or contacting a Sally Jo tech support specialist.

You may request to have your account paused or canceled. Upon cancelling your account, we reserve the right to immediately delete your account data. We may also retain your personal information for any lawful purpose.You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link provided within. You can also manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. If you wish to access, correct, or delete any of your personal information, you can do so by contacting us directly. You may also deactivate your account at any time.

We may share your customer’s data with third-parties that help us provide the messaging service, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
