Sally Jo Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 18, 2025

Any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Sally Jo Terms of Service.

Sally Jo provides, in addition to customized marketing services, digital marketing tools, including email, SMS messages, MMS messages, customer relationship management ("CRM"), form building, and website page building tools for businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations. Our platform helps clients communicate with their customers across multiple digital channels and understand how their customers communicate. This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and incorporates all defined terms therein.

The Sally Jo Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from our website visitors, current clients, and prospective clients ("clients" or "you") in connection with our Services. This Privacy Policy applies to individuals who interact with us directly. When we process data on behalf of our business clients relating to their customers, that processing is governed by the client’s privacy policy. We acknowledge that data, including email addresses, messages, and campaign activity, is owned and controlled by the client. As a service provider, we process data solely in accordance with client instructions, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, personal information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an identifiable individual. This Privacy Policy does not apply where we process personal information as a data processor or service provider on behalf of a third party. When we act as a third party, the privacy policy of our clients who use our Services applies instead of this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
