Cindur, Inc. (“we”, “us”, "Cindur", or “Sally Jo”) provides digital marketing tools, including but not limited to email, SMS messages, MMS messages, customer relationship management (“CRM”), form and website page building tools, and customized marketing services to businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations. Our platform helps clients communicate with their own customers across multiple digital channels and understand how those customers respond to our clients’ content.

This Privacy Policy explains how Sally Jo and its related entities collect, use, and disclose information from website visitors and our current and prospective clients (“clients” or “you”) when using our services. Sally Jo understands that that data — including email addresses, messages, and campaign activity — belongs to the client. As a service provider, we process data solely based on the customer’s instructions and our Terms of Service. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an identifiable individual.

This Privacy Policy does not apply where we process personal information as a data processor or service provider as a third party. When we act as a third party, the privacy policy of our clients who use our services applies instead of this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

Sharing and Disclosure

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. We may share your information with service providers including but not limited to cloud hosting platforms, payment processors, and SMS gateways to support our operations. We may also share data with third-party tools integrated into our platform, comply with legal obligations or enforce our rights, and disclose information in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. In the event of a business transaction or sale your personal information will be transfered to the new owner.

Your Rights and Options

As a client, you are allowed to update or delete your account information at any time by logging into your account or contacting a Sally Jo tech support specialist.

You may request to have your account paused or canceled. Upon cancelling your account, we reserve the right to immediately delete your account data. We may also retain your information or any lawful purpose.

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link provided in those messages. You can also manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. If you wish to access, correct, or delete any of your personal information, you can do so by contacting us directly. You may also deactivate your account at any time.

User Account Data

We retain your information as long as needed for business purposes or to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Third Parties Messaging Service

We will not share your customer’s opt-in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting your customers in connection with that campaign. We may share your customer’s data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Additional Disclosures

We may disclose the data to our affiliates. If we do so, their use and disclosure of your customer’s data will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards, aligned with industry standards, to protect the personal information we hold from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
