Account Setup

Setting up your SallyJo account is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get your account ready for your first campaign.


Initial Account Setup

Step 1: Verify Your Email

After signing up, check your email for a verification link from SallyJo. Click the link to verify your email address.

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

  1. Navigate to Account Settings in your dashboard
  2. Fill in your business information:
    • Business name
    • Industry
    • Contact information
    • Time zone

Step 3: Add Your Branding

Make your campaigns look professional by adding your branding:

  • Upload your logo
  • Set your brand colors
  • Add your business address

Setting Up SMS

Get Your First Phone Number

  1. Go to SMS > Phone Numbers in your dashboard
  2. Click Register New Number
  3. Choose your area code and number type
  4. Complete the registration process

Verify Your Business (For Toll-Free Numbers)

If you're using a toll-free number, you'll need to complete business verification:

  • Provide business documentation
  • Wait for approval (usually 1-3 business days)
  • Once approved, your number will be ready for campaigns

Email Setup

Verify Your Sending Domain

To ensure good email deliverability:

  1. Go to Email > Verified Identities
  2. Add your domain
  3. Add the provided DNS records to your domain
  4. Wait for verification (usually takes a few minutes)

Create Email Signatures

Set up default email signatures:

  1. Go to User Settings > Email Signatures
  2. Create your default signature
  3. Add any additional signatures for different campaigns

Team Setup (Optional)

If you're working with a team:

  1. Go to Team Management
  2. Invite team members via email
  3. Set appropriate permissions for each member
  4. Team members will receive an invitation to join
